Nothing to memorize
A large microphone if you'd rather speak, a box if you'd rather type. Plain sentences work: “read me that email”, “is this page safe?”, “call the pharmacy”.
- Suggestions sit right there for the days you're not sure what to ask.
- Recent chats stay beside it, so you can pick a thread back up.
- “Loop someone in” passes the whole chat to a person to pick up.
Ask in your own words, get a plain answer
Margaret asks the assistant to read her new email. It reads the real one out loud — and when she asks about the one that says her account is locked, it explains in plain words why that email isn't really from her bank, and that nothing was opened and nothing was sent.
- Every answer has a “Read this to me” button to listen instead.
- When something looks off, it says so calmly and lets Sarah know.

The assistant does the capturing
Say you'd like to ask someone about this page and the assistant takes it from there — it grabs the page or records what just happened, covers your private details, and writes the note. You only pick who it goes to.
- No screenshots to take, crop, or find again afterwards.
- The planned family view will not show password fields.
- Pick a name, press send — that's your whole part.
A planned how-to, reviewed just for you
Send whoever you trust a snapshot of the page you're stuck on — no account numbers travel with it — and they can walk it through once on their phone and send the steps back in your words.
- The snapshot shows the page, never the private details on it.
- They record it once, in their own voice, from wherever they are.
- After your review, a future how-to may be saved so next Friday you don't need to ask.
