Prototype preview
Look at the screen together
When it's easier to be shown than told, someone can join the page you're on and point to the right button — while every click stays yours.
Prototype preview — Masked co-browsing and CLIQ live support are planned. These screens do not show a live product session.
Standard’s planned co-browse path is CLIQ support. Live family co-browsing begins with Circle.
You choose who comes onto the page
The planned invite will list your circle and CLIQ support, so you can choose who to ask.
- A future availability view may show who you can ask.
- A future request may let someone answer later while the page keeps its place.
- What they see, and what stays hidden, is spelled out first.
They can point. Only you can click.
The planned shared view will not show password fields to the person helping. Your loved one will be able to mark the button you're looking for while every click stays yours.
- You start the session and you end it — the button is always in view.
- Nothing can be typed or pressed from their side of the screen.
- The planned shared view will not show password fields to the person helping.
They can help from an airport terminal
Your loved one doesn't need to be at a desk. Their phone shows your page, their voice comes through on the same call, and their pointer waits on the button they mean — the one you click.
- They see the page and hear you on one screen, no juggling apps.
- Your account number reads “Hidden by CLIQ” on their screen.
- Their side says it plainly: you can stop sharing at any moment.
CLIQ live support is planned
The planned support path will let you ask CLIQ support, book a later time, or say you're being pressured. These screens show the intended look, not a live session.
- The planned support view keeps password fields out of the helper's view; helpers will not move money.
- Circle Plus includes one 15-minute session a month. Extra time is billed by length: $19.99 up to 20 minutes, $34.99 for 21–35 minutes, $44.99 for 36–50 minutes, $59.99 for a full hour.
- Future support sessions may offer a manually reviewed how-to; saving is not available in this preview.
Their side of the same session
This prototype shows the planned CLIQ support view. The planned shared view will keep password fields out of the person helping's view.
- Sensitive fields are masked on their side, not just hidden.
- They can point, highlight and talk — typing and clicking stay yours.
- It runs in a sandbox, and either of you can end it on the spot.
Help is one click, not one hour or one week.
